Recent milestones include Gotham Point in Long Island City, a two-tower development comprising over 1,100 apartments - 75% of which are affordable, including dedicated senior housing and supportive services. Another major project, The Suffolk on the Lower East Side, blends market-rate and affordable housing with modern amenities, while embracing the character and energy of the surrounding community. Looking ahead, the Innovative Urban Village in East New York represents Gotham’s most ambitious effort to date: a 10.5-acre master-planned development created in partnership with the Christian Cultural Center and Monadnock Development, which will deliver nearly 2,000 deeply affordable, intergenerational homes alongside open space, retail, and vital services.

Following the completion of development and construction, Gotham’s in-house property management team ensures a seamless transition into day-to-day building operations.
