Lisa Gomez brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate development and finance to her position as L+M Development Partners' Chief Executive Officer, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and its construction and property management subsidiaries. Lisa also leads the company's growth strategy and has positioned L+M Development Partners as a nationally recognized affordable housing developer. Lisa is the Chair of the Dormitory Authority of the State of NY and sits on the Apollo Theater real estate committee. She has also served on many civic and industry boards, including the NYC Planning Commission and the New York State Association for Affordable Housing. Since its founding in 1984, L+M and its affiliate companies have acquired, built/are building, or preserved over 57,000 apartments with a total development value of $20 billion.
