Anthony Richardson is the Managing Director of New York Syndications at CREA. In this role, Anthony leads the expansion of CREA's New York footprint and serves as the primary contact for the New York state and local housing agencies. Anthony brings an extensive background and impressive track-record to the Syndications team, including his tenure as Executive Vice President for Development at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, one of the leading municipal housing finance agencies in the United States. Anthony earned a Master of public administration (MPA) from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a MPA in public and economic policy from The London School of Economics & Political Science. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College. He currently serves as the co-chair of the Executive Board of the New York Housing Conference, in addition to board service for several industry groups including the Citizens Housing and Planning Council and the New York City Housing Partnership. In January 2025, he was appointed by the Mayor to serve on the Charter Revision Commission.
