Ben Lockwood serves as the President & CEO of the not-for-profit Housing Visions and Housing Visions Construction Co., Inc. He has 20 years of affordable housing experience and oversees the Mission and direction of the organization as it seeks to be the catalyst for revitalization efforts through community collaboration and affordable housing expertise. Housing Visions owns and manages more than 2,000 rental units across communities in New York and Pennsylvania with a staff of more than 100. Specializing in complex financial structures and accessing diverse financing, we have successfully built and rehabilitated hundreds of buildings that include historic properties, adaptive reuse, urban infill, and new construction. Housing Visions serves diverse neighborhoods and residents including affordable workforce housing, special populations such as Veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and people in need of accessible housing. Ben has a degree in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University.
