Peter Procida is a Manager of Procida Development Group LLC. In his time with the company, Mr. Procida has led two successful rezoning efforts, led three sites through the New York State Brownfield Clean Up Program and closed on construction financing for over 1000 units of affordable housing in New York City in transactions totaling over $500M in total development costs. Peter currently sits on the Executive Board of the Brownsville Community Culinary Center, a non-profit providing job training and access to healthy food options in Brownsville. Peter served as the co-chair of the New York Housing Conference Program committee in 2023 helping the organization raise over $1M for its annual awards. Peter has served on the NYHC Rising Leaders Network Board from 2018 - 2024, acting as its co-chair for 2023 & 2024. Mr. Procida graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Economics and from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with a Masters in Management.
