Doris Hu is Executive Director at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital where she underwrites Freddie and Fannie multifamily affordable housing loans. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Doris worked closely with syndicators and underwrote 4% / 9% LIHTC equity investments, construction loans, and CDFI loans at Santander Bank. Before her time at Santander Bank, she was a Senior Project Manager on the HUD Multifamily Preservation Finance team at NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development where she underwrote Article XI, 420-c tax exemptions for HUD subsidized projects and worked closely with the HUD New York regional office on Land Use Agreements. Doris holds a Master of Real Estate Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.
