Erin Burns-Maine is Senior Vice President of External Affairs, leading CPC's Policy, Government Affairs, and Communications functions. In this capacity, she leads and directs CPC's policy priorities, brand and messaging to advance CPC's mission and business goals and foster strategic relationships. She is also responsible for crafting the company's policy priorities and engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders to advance CPC's pro-housing and neighborhood-based policy priorities at the city, state, and federal levels. Erin has over 18 years of experience in housing policy and external affairs. Prior to joining CPC as its first Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs in 2021, she served as Senior Director, Policy and External Affairs at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), the nation's largest public housing authority. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
