Mark Lippi is a Director in Wells Fargo’s Community Lending and Investment division. He’s been with the group for over 10 years focusing on bridge and construction lending in NYC. He has worked with the various programs and bond structures employed by NYC over that time. In his role, he oversees the project throughout closing, construction, lease up, and perm conversion. Additionally, working closely with developers on projects along the east coast, the mid-west, and Texas, gives him a view on markets and housing programs across the country.
