Cha Lee is a Senior Vice President at Slate Property Group where she leads on all aspects of affordable housing finance and development. Cha has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and has developed or financed over 3,700 units of affordable and supportive housing. Prior to Slate, she worked at Capital One Community Finance, Mountco Construction & Development, and worked for a number of years at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development in their Supportive and Senior Housing division. Cha has a Bachelor's from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a Master's from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
