Building an Affordable Future

The 53rd Annual Awards and 12th Annual Community Impact Gallery & Competition is a unique opportunity to showcase your work to over 1,200 of your peers, partners and funders in the affordable housing community. The competition attracts a wide range of submissions, highlighting the collective impact that investment in affordable housing and community development has in communities across New York State.

Competition Entry Instructions:

1. Purchase your competition entry here (Each entry is $300.00).
2. Check your email for confirmation and important submission information. Please make sure you use your own contact email.
   • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us at info@nyhc.com.
3. Check your email to receive the code to access the online submission form. Go to www.thenyhc.org/projects to access the submission form. Note: you MUST have all project details, photos and payment ready to complete the online submission form.
4. Finally, if you purchased your entry by the early bird deadline, your confirmation email will also have the discount code to purchase a ticket to the event..

WORK EXHIBITED
Submit your affordable housing or community development project—including building, design, sustainability, health, advocacy initiatives, research projects, service programs and other initiatives designed to positively impact families and communities.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Affordable housing developers, community-based organizations, architectural firms, construction contractors, financial institutions and all other innovators and stakeholders.

EXPOSURE
Projects will be displayed in both a pop up gallery at our Annual Awards on December 9th and in a gallery on the the NYHC’s website:

• Your banner will be packed in a convenient carrying case and available to take home after the program!
